Post Inbound IDoc

Use the FM IDOC_WRITE_AND_START_INBOUND to post an inbound IDoc. Just build the EDIDD and EDIDC tables and enter a profile for a inbound message type from a partner. It returns a IDoc number. Don't forget to do commit work.
